3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the service type. Refer to the cancellation terms shared during booking.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days through the original payment method.
  • No refund will be applicable in case of last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

  • GTB Tours and Travels is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events.

  • Any damage caused intentionally by the customer will result in charges for repairs or replacements.
